I have recently purchased a home in Keenewick neighborhood and for the last three days unsuccessfully I have been trying to see how I can get access to my home and turn on the pool filtration system. I currently reside in Chicago but my brother who lives in Orlando will attend to the home until we move to Florida. I would greatly appreciate your help in getting my brother a permanent guest access as soon as possible. Thank you, Ghassem

My phone number and password do not work. I have sent an email, but it still does not work. Yes I used the HMA community.

It took a while to figure out but once I got in, the process was very smooth. Unless you know that the code for Heathrow is HMA, you are out of luck.

Ok design. Website was kind of slow. Poor choices of entries in drop down list (should be community names instead of letters code). Can't delete/modify existing entries in occupants or vehicles list Other than that it seemed to be useful for owners to manage their guests list online.

The instructions sent to the Heathrow residents were quite clear highlighting the community code as "HMA" for Heathrow Master Association. I feel that the site is intuitive and timely. I'm sure that capabilities will be added if any weaknesses are found to exist. this is a good resource!

The site works just fine. The Instructions for Heathrow Residential Internet Access cleary states that the Community Code is "HMA". It's under "How do I log into the system?" Just need to read all the material that was sent to residents.

I received the letter followed the instructions (HMA) is the code from drop down list for Heathrow. entered in the phone number listed on my Resident Data Verification Sheet that was included in the letter. Entered in my access code also provided on the Data Verification sheet. Then BAM. It did not work :) I would LOVE to update my Resident Data Verification Sheet on line. Good stuff if it worked.

I'd like to give it a zero. What is my community code? I live in Racquet Club Villas. All this time putting together a web site and mailing when you can't even access it.

After using GateAccess.net it is easy. It is not intuitive for first time users because the userid and passord are phone and access code, not the ones set to access heathrowcommunity.com. Must read instructions to understand HMA is code for Healthrow.

Although instructions were sent out, there is no way to determine what the code is for the neighborhoods. Also, I have a log on for the heathrow community, I can't tell if this is the log on for the gate access.

Excellent new resource w/ a very intuitive design. Thanks to the staff for excellent instructions and for all the efforts in making this initiative a reality.

Poor design. Cannot login because the drop down list is not correct for Heathrow.

cannot log on -- the community list is certainly not user friendly -- I live in lexington green and am part of Muirfield village association -- there is no LG, and MEAD and MSCA both wont let me log on -- it may be a good site once someone can use it though --

You send this information to people along with the home phone and our code. It won't let people login. This is my first time.
