Announcements Dear Homeowners,

The Heathrow Master Board has contracted with Central Florida Patch & Seal to mill and pave all portions of Heathrow Blvd from Bridgewater Drive to the entrance of Breckenridge Heights.

In addition, we will also be paving Glencrest Drive from Heathrow Blvd to the stop sign.

Please note sections of Heathrow Blvd. will be closed, intermittently, during the daytime hours, the week of June 19th to June 23rd, weather permitting.

There will be no through traffic allowed during these times; however, all roadways will be accessible each evening.

Emergency vehicles will be the only through traffic allowed at all times.

Traffic will be directed daily. During certain times, you may be directed to use the South gate exit; and others you may be directed toward the North gate.

There will be personnel directing traffic during the times that the road is closed.

Please make every effort to notify your guests and vendors in advance as they may be redirected to an alternate gate entry, upon arrival, based on road closures.

It would be best to schedule any lawn services, deliveries and any other services for Monday June 19th. We apologize for the inconvenience however, waste pickup on Wednesday and Thursday will not be possible.

Please download the Heathrow Master APP, available for iPhone or Android. Go to your App Store and search “heathrowmaster”. We will be utilizing the HOA Alerts to keep you informed.
